As long as she could remember, Sunitha found it very difficult to make decisions. She would ponder decisions for days, or second-guess herself after making decisions. Even small decisions were challenging. This affected her day-to-day life more than she realized until after this 90-minute metaphors session where the problem was 90-95% resolved.
You'll get to watch 1-month follow-up video showing how Mark gathers feedback about Sunitha's experience a month later--both of what's working well for her, and what still isn't the way she'd like it. Through this feedback-gathering process, Mark offers some suggestions and you'll see how further transformation takes place in a remarkably short time.
If you're already a student of Metaphors of Movement, this is a great example of how to elicit multiple metaphors in a single session (In this session, 4 different metaphors based on important areas in the background form). You'll see how to work with the metaphors in a "nested loop" format (eliciting all 4 metaphors first, then working back through them in reverse order).
